Booking conditions, cancellation policy and house rules
By making a booking with Bluedaws Private Hotel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before completing your reservation.
Bluedaws Private Hotel ("the Hotel", "we", "us") is a privately run hotel located in Paddington, London. Bookings are made directly through our website at bluedawshotel.com or by contacting us directly at bluedawsprivatehotel@gmail.com.
A booking is a request to reserve a room. After submitting your booking online, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference (e.g. BDW-XXXXXX).
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We aim to confirm all bookings within 2 hours during operating hours.
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Each room has a maximum occupancy as stated on the booking page. Exceeding the stated maximum occupancy is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
All guests staying at the hotel must be registered at check-in. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are per room per night. Prices include breakfast and free Wi-Fi unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
We do not store payment card details on our systems.

To cancel a booking, please email us at bluedawsprivatehotel@gmail.com quoting your booking reference. Cancellation is only effective once confirmed by us in writing.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, travel disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
To change your dates, room type or number of guests, please contact us directly. Amendments are subject to availability and the difference in rate, if any, will be charged or refunded accordingly.

We will endeavour to accommodate special requests (e.g. adjacent rooms, specific floors, dietary requirements for breakfast). However, special requests cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contract.
We are responsible for providing the room(s) you have booked to a reasonable standard. However, we are not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all guests in your booking comply with these Terms and our House Rules. If any member of your party causes damage, disturbance or breach of our rules, we reserve the right to terminate the booking immediately without refund and to request that all members of the party leave the premises.
If you have a complaint during your stay, please raise it with our reception team immediately so we can resolve it. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, please email bluedawsprivatehotel@gmail.com within 14 days of check-out.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We encourage you to review this page before each booking.
